Alice has over 20 years experience in the executive search industry, an industry that enables the transition of executive talent globally, impacting economies and lives. The teams philosophy is to build relationships that goes beyond the search. With an industry centred on people, they understand that with the highs come the lows, they have supported and mentored hundreds of executives during one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Eight years ago they started to look deeply into how they could help executives in transition. Mark was continuously taking the initial impact of pain told by executives who were sharing their cold experiences caused by the rejection of the search world, and so they made it their mission to change that perception, and developed various models, strategies, partnered with external resources to truly harness all the foundations of what transition meant.
Founder / CEO
Mark has 20 years in Global Executive Search, having built an EMEA Search firm which he sold to Private Equity in 2017. He has since then launched The Naked Headhunter which focuses on Succession Search and Executive Transition and the Virtual Advisory Board, a global talent pool of “Board Advisory” global executives who can help CEOs and Owners with any insight they might need on the above topics across all worldwide markets.
While also Chairing Ackermann International, the largest European Executive Search firm in Latin America, Mark has dedicated the last 3 years since his exit to identifying and understanding the pain and lifecycle of executive career transition. He has created tools (Visibility Quotient) and know-how, and now he helps navigate Executives through this period.
Head of Search
Simon is a commercially minded Executive Search Specialist with over 20 years of recruitment experience specialising in Retail, Leisure, B2B, B2C, and B2B2C businesses encompassing all disciplines including Operations, Buying and Merchandising, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. He has recruited for global public companies, and owner-managed businesses sourcing senior executives and C Suite/Board Members.
Simon also works with executives to create or optimise their CV ensuring they have a document that articulates their experience and achievements. He carries out a full structured interview, consultation, and open discussion about an executive’s career and aspirations before producing a bespoke impactful CV. Simon has a far-reaching network and enjoys building strong, lasting, and collaborative relationships with those he works with. He is not afraid to challenge others or be challenged himself, the thrill is in the chase!
Marc has 15 years’ experience as a Strategy Consultant and Advisor to C-Suite and Boards of private companies. Following the sale of his marketing services business Marc has worked with private companies to enhance their decision-making capability to support exponential growth and readiness for exit.
Marc spends his time working with boards to enhance their working relationships with Executive teams to take advantage of growth opportunities, like acquisitions or global expansion, or eliminate corporate issues such as cash flow and talent deficiencies. This experience has given Marc real-life engagements to work with board members and C-suite executives to prepare for transition and develop long-term life-style programs to have a more enriched work-life balance.
