Transition Tribes S3 - CEST (GMT +1)

A virtual environment where 8 Executives can engage through 8 structured sessions with the assistance of a trained moderator to learn about themselves, move from understanding to action and start their transition to a new career, lifestyle and take control of their future. All sessions are 2-hours except the 2nd session which is 3-hours. This is a group program.

Moderator - Jan Uwe Lammert

Jan Uwe (German, 52) is an advisor on Strategy & Sustainability and trained moderator of peer coaching groups. Jan Uwe supports groups and individuals with sparring / coaching on personal and team development, increasingly with a focus on career transition. One of his passions is pro bono mentoring with Social Entrepreneurs.

During his 30 years in international management, Jan Uwe has undergone several transitions himself – from SME to multinational group to entrepreneurship to self-employment – with all their consequences on personal and family life.

An active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organisation) for over 15 years as well as the VAB (Virtual Advisory Board), he is convinced of and passionate about the power of life-long learning and shared experiences to clear the personal fog and find orientation and solutions.
