A virtual environment where 8 Executives can engage through 8 structured sessions with the assistance of a trained moderator to learn about themselves, move from understanding to action and start their transition to a new career, lifestyle and take control of their future. All sessions are 2 hours except the 2nd session which is 3 hours.

Moderator - Eduardo Salazar

Eduardo Salazar is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant with a 25-year career as senior marketing executive in blue chip organisations as Colgate Palmolive, GlaxoSmithKline, Mars, Kellogg and Danone. Eduardo is originally from Venezuela and has lived and worked in the US, Chile, Peru, Japan, Hong Kong, Spain and the UK where he is currently based.

Eduardo has held strategic and operational roles as part of leadership teams in Danone Japan, Kellogg, Andean Region and Colgate Palmolive Perú.

He is currently mentoring students in executive education and digital transformation projects at Non-Profit Organisations.

He specialises in Individual Executive Coaching for Career Transition and Acceleration, Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching for Start-ups and SMEs.

Eduardo holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) in London. He recently completed a master’s degree in Digital Business at ISDI (Spain) and holds an MBA from IESA Business School in Venezuela.
