CIRCLES

Peer Circles — Small Groups, Shared Goals, Real Momentum

TransitionHub Peer Circles are small, member-led groups designed to help you connect meaningfully with others who share similar goals, challenges, or aspirations. Whether you're actively exploring your next move, expanding your visibility, or building something new, your circle becomes a trusted space for exchange, support, and progress.

Each circle meets monthly (virtually) and is hosted by a trained facilitator or experienced member. Together, you'll explore ideas, give and receive advice, and build momentum — as peers, not just professionals.

Interested in taking a more active role? You can also put yourself forward as a Circle Champion — a volunteer facilitator who helps guide conversation, hold space, and keep the group connected.

Choose the Circle That Fits You

Ambassador Circle

For members who love networking and want to earn referral rewards.  Join a circle of natural connectors and advocates who believe in the TransitionHub mission. As an Ambassador, you’ll be equipped to introduce TransitionHub to your network — and earn rewards through referral fees, service credits, and community recognition. (More info here)

Pivot Circle

For those exploring a change in industry, role, geography, or path. Navigate uncertainty and possibility with others who are also evolving their next chapter.

Board-Track Circle

For members pursuing advisory or non-executive board roles. Share strategies, gain feedback, and support each other toward boardroom success.

Builder Circle

For those creating something of their own — a consultancy, a venture, a platform.  From idea to action, this circle supports your growth as a founder or independent leader.

Visibility Circle

For executives focused on increasing their profile, impact, and reach. Build your thought leadership, amplify your story, and grow your influence with peer support.

Peer Circle Code

To ensure our Peer Circles are spaces of trust, support, and growth, all members agree to the following principles:

Respecting Confidentiality

We want every member to feel safe sharing openly — and we recognise that trust is something we build together.  Each member is responsible for clearly stating when something they’re sharing is especially sensitive or personal. When this is expressed, we ask that all members respect that request and treat the information with discretion. “Trust is created through clear communication and mutual respect.” Our goal is to foster a space where openness is met with care and confidentiality is upheld as a shared commitment.

Show Respect at All Times

  • Listen fully and without interruption

  • Give everyone space to contribute

  • Challenge ideas, not individuals

  • Assume positive intent

  • Be kind — always

Respectful Sharing (Not Selling)

Peer Circles are designed for connection and collaboration — not for pitching services or promoting your business. However, sharing relevant job opportunities, board seats, or collaborations is welcome, especially when it supports another member’s goals. If you have something to offer:

  • Make sure it’s shared in the spirit of support, not self-promotion

  • Always give others the space to choose whether to engage

“Offer value, not a pitch — and always lead with generosity.”

Honor the Commitment

  • Aim to attend every session

  • Show up on time and ready to engage

  • Let your group know if you can’t make it

  • Respect everyone’s time and energy

Listen Generously, Share Thoughtfully

Come with a mindset of learning and contribution — not comparison or performance. Give support without needing to "fix." Ask curious questions. Share stories and reflections that may help others think differently.

Champion One Another

Celebrate progress, however small. Offer encouragement, share resources, and show up for your peers — especially when they need it most. These Circles are not just about insight — they’re about momentum and connection.
