Victoria supports global leaders and international teams with leadership communication for their career next steps, speaking clarity, communication presence and cultural intelligence to connect people around the world, human to human.

She is the CEO and Founder of Culture Cuppa, and has worked with clients since 2015 to amplify their speaking and communication to accelerate their career goals. Recent clients include Chanel, Lazard, Ikea, Kraft Heinz and Imperial College London, as well as clients in tech, consulting, financial services and the energy sector. Before founding her business, Victoria had a 12-year career in international brand marketing and management in fmcg and the food industry, including working for Heinz, General Mills and Premier Foods.
