1. Scope of Service
Each clinic provides a targeted diagnostic review and a one-hour advisory session. This service offers expert insight and recommendations, and does not include rewriting or creating materials on your behalf.

2. Booking & Redemption
Clinics can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. You may choose your preferred clinic type on booking or confirm it afterwards.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions may be considered redeemed.

4. Refunds
Clinic purchases are non-refundable, but sessions remain valid for 12 months and may be transferred to another clinic type if required.

5. Preparation & Materials
Where applicable, you agree to provide your materials (e.g., CV, LinkedIn URL, Board Bio, elevator pitch) at least 48 hours prior to the session.

6. Professional Boundaries
Clinics are advisory in nature and do not form part of a coaching package or full-service personal branding engagement. Additional services can be offered separately if required.

7. Confidentiality
All material shared during the clinic is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed outside the Leadership Transition team.

8. Platform Access
Purchasing a clinic provides access to platform resources, member calls and Circle eligibility for 12 months from the date of purchase.
